Common questions
Do I have to use your transport?
No. If you would rather arrange your own carrier or collect the vehicle yourself, that is fine — tell your agent and we will have it ready.
When do you book the carrier?
After the lot is paid for. That way the pickup date we give you is a date the carrier has actually committed to.
What if something is wrong on arrival?
Note it before you sign, take photos, and call your agent the same day. Everything is documented against the listing and the condition report.
