The complete bidding process

Follow these steps from registration through delivery or pickup after the purchase is confirmed.

Create an Account

Select a Vehicle

Browse the inventory and choose the vehicle you wish to bid on.

Place Your Bid

Enter your bid amount and click Place Bid. Your bid must exceed the current bid or starting price.

Confirm Your Identity (KYC)

Upload a valid government-issued ID and complete identity verification.

Confirm Your Bid

Review your bid and click Confirm Bid. All bids are final and cannot be canceled.

Track the Auction

Monitor the auction countdown and follow bidding activity in real time.

Win the Auction

If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you will receive a winning notification.

Sign the Purchase Agreement

Review and electronically sign the purchase agreement from your dashboard.

Submit Payment

Complete payment according to the instructions provided in your invoice.

Schedule Delivery or Pickup

After payment is confirmed, arrange vehicle delivery or pickup.

Receive Your Vehicle

Your vehicle will be delivered or made available for pickup, and ownership documents will be processed.

Your bid is private

Bid activity is processed securely. Public bid history can be displayed with masked bidder names to protect buyer privacy.

All confirmed bids are final and binding.

Placing a bid is a commitment to buy. If you win, complete the purchase agreement and the payment steps from your dashboard within the timeframe stated on your invoice. Bids cannot be retracted, and winning lots cannot be released to another buyer at your request.

The invoice is more than the hammer price. It adds the buyer premium, applicable taxes, documentation charges, and any shipping you arrange.
Non-payment carries fees. An unsettled invoice can incur additional charges, and the lot may be cancelled and relisted.
Your account is at stake. We suspend or permanently close accounts that fail to settle invoices, and a closed account cannot bid again.
